Lent Sunday

Lent  season: 

 In South Louisiana we celebrate Lent for 40 days after Mardi gras  beginning with Ash Wednesday.  It's a time of reflection and hope . 

In my  mix media page is done in a  watercolor base,  butterfly stamp pattern,  cardboard stamping, and 3D paper  scraps cross and palm 🌴leaves. Lisa

To  use cardboard stamp; 

Tear off a piece of cardboard and remove top level leaving ridges. Dip in paint and use as a rubber stamp. 

Today kids project for lent

Take a piece of paper and tape off cross with painter tape.  Then with pastel or paint cover. After drying lift tape and reveal.
