My bible journaling group is journal in Proverbs.  

How are sowing good deeds. ? 

Wise words bring many benefits,  and hard work bring rewards. Proverbs 12:14

What you say matters! Take a moment to consider how you talk about yourself and others. Does your words reflect truth?
