Tuscan Crockpot Soup
1 lb Italian sausage - 2 medium onions, chopped small
- 2 ribs celery ,chopped
- 2 , Carrot chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 T minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red and black pepper
- 2 : 15 oz. cans Northern beans ,drain
- 1 : tomatoe paste
- 2 C chopped spinach
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 C cream
Heat the oil in a large heavy frying pan;and cook sausage. Add the onions, celery and garlic and cook 4-5 minutes or until soft.Add to slow cooker with paste, seasoning, carrots, beans and stock.Cook 4 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.Finish with cream. And spinach. Cook until spinach wilt.
