Today I am making Homemade Easter candy !
Did you know because of the war with Ukraine & Russia we are having Easter candy supply problems ? Well here my way to have my favorite candy....
- 14 ounces milk chocolate flavored easy melt wafers (can be purchased in most craft stores)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- In a glass bowl melt your chocolates ( 30 seconds at a time) Place Place melted chocolates into egg molds -let set in fridge. While setting melt peanut butter and add sugar and salt-mix. And spoon into shells. Cover completely with melted chocolates and Chill. Pop out when ready.
