It's National Cocoa Day
My mix
2 c of powder sugar
1 c Cocoa
1 tsp of salt
Shift the sugar ,add the other ingredients into a bowl. Stir and place in jars. Too make Cocoa add 3/3 c milk to 1/4 c mix.
Add whip cream and pepermint stick.
