Napkin Art Decopodge

It's time for Saturday Project 

And it's Napkin art Decopodge.  Using this DG napkin.

You will need

Napkins 

Wood circle

Whitevpaint

Modge podge 

Glitter , ribbon and marker 

You need to paint wood circle white. Let dry. 

Theh  coat with modge podge and separate napkin layers. You will use the top printed layer only. Lay over modge podge and smooth with wax paper.  After dried trim. 

  And then seal napkin with modge podge.  Let completely dry. Add pen work with fine tip marker, then glue on  glitter and snowflakes.  To highlight snowman.  

Then add ribbon to finish the plaque.  You can hang by hanger or place on easel.
