No Bake TRUFFLES



4oz cream cheese ( room temperature) 
 2 tblp butter ( room temperature) 
3 tblp  powder sugar
1/2 tblp  instant coffee 
3 oz chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together other than chocolate.  Roll in balls and let harden in fridge while melting chocolate.  Dip each in chocolate and let set.
