Monday : coloring fun
This week I am having fun with 🎃 pumpkin.  Why pumpkin,  I don't do scary Halloween so I do lots of natural fall themed decorations and fun kids Halloween fun.

My Mom pumpkin is my week inspiration... she made this in ceramic class why back when. It sits on my table every October.

  Happy Homemaker Monday - 01/22/2024 Welcome to my Home this Monday morning ... its cloudy and expecting Rain but the temperatures  is warmer. Inquiring minds want to know>  My Day : Iam sitting here in sweats writing this post. And glad the deep freeze is over. My old house is not built for frizzing  weather with wood floors and house above ground but we made it. Lots of Hot coffee and biscuits for breakfast. Dinner in crockpot. Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake

  The perfect cake for my sons birthday dinner.... 2 C AP flour 2 C Sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 C Sour Cream 2 Eggs 1 C butter 1 C Water 5 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa powder Icing 6 Tablespoon Milk 5 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa powder 1/2 C butter 4 C confectioner sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan. Make cake: Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat in sour cream and eggs. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in water and cocoa powder. Bring mixture to a boil then remove from the heat. Allow to cool slightly, then stir cocoa mixture into the flour and egg mixture until blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out . About 20 minutes.   Happy Homemaker Monday - 05/13/2024 Happy Monday ! I am getting a late start this morning with the Rain coming down here. We all stayed in bed a little later -even Blue. So I am having coffee while writing this post. Hope you have a wonderful week....  My Weather : Today 80 and Rain 86 89 81 Rain 80 Rain 83 Rain  Lots of Rain this week. Great for my garden .
