Monday at Home

Happy Monday at Home

Hello and today is the last Monday of March. Cant believe the month is already gone. I hope you had a great week and let's get started on our new week.....

Weather here :
Looking outside : it's wet ,as we had a big storm last night. But we are  looking at more rain this week.
  • 80 rain
  • 81, Rain
  • 84,  Rain
  • 86
  • 87
  • 84
What's going on at home :
  • regular Monday chores .
  • planning my week menu.
  • it's time to change beds and lines for lighter ones. Since it's warming up here.
  • Raining all week so no yard work, but I am  starting some seeds inside for planting later.
  • Getting blog ready for April !  .
  • Today is National Crayon day ! Lets make candles from broken candles ....
These take time as each layer needs to firm up, before adding next layer.  Crayons make great dye for candle.

My weeks Menu :

  • Chicken noodle soup , sick hubby.
  • Taco , rice and salsa
  • Pork roast ,gravy, potatoes
  • Pulled pork sandwiches
  • Crawfish Etouffee : church fundraiser.

Around town :
At library : test prep, and club meetings,  Senior well check.
MWGC :  BINGO night, Spring garden tours planning meet up.
Church News : Lent services,  church Friday meals, Praying for others in our community and those we lost lately.

  3. All the flowers! I'm working on planning to plant flower hahah! I've never done that before, I have some lilies that have traveled across the state with me so I'm trying to decide what to plant along with them! I'm sorry you have a sick hubby, chicken soup usually perks all of my family up quickly! Have a beautiful week!
