Carmel Apple Cookies

Happy Halloween 

Caramel Apple Cookies

Produce

• 1 1/2 cups Apples

Refrigerated

• 1 Egg, large

Pasta & Grains

• 1/2 cup Oats, old-fashioned

Baking & Spices

• 2 cups All-purpose flour

• 1/4 tsp Allspice, ground

• 1 tsp Baking soda

• 1 cup Brown sugar, packed

• 1 cup Caramel bits or chopped caramels

• 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground

• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 2 tsp Vanilla extract

• 1/4 cup White sugar, granulated

Dairy

• 3/4 cup Butter, unsalted

Mix dry ingredients.  Then wet and add oatmeal.  The chop apples add carmel chips.

Bake 350 10 to 12 minutes.  On parchment lined baking sheets.  

These are great Fall cookies iam making for movie night.
