Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Today my recipe is from a local cookbook we put together for a fundraiser.  Enjoy this easy recipe! 

1 lb ground meat

1 c  chopped Onion 

1/2t salt

2 eggs

1/2 c of bisquick mix

1 c Cheese

1 c shreeded cheese 

Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 in pie plan. Brown meat and onions drain and place in pie pan with salt. Mix rest of ingredients and pour on top. Bake 25 minutes.  

Try this pie instead of the original burger.
