Sunday fellowship time
- ! box yellow cake mix
- 2 Egg Whites , ! whole Egg
- 1 Can of Pear in Light Syrup - ( plus the juice )
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Grease and flour Bundt Cake pan
Drain Pears and save juice . Chopped Pears in small pieces.
In a mixer Mix Cake Mix, @ egg whites , Plus One Egg and Pear Juice. Toss Pears with flour and add the Mix. Pour into a Greased and flour Bundt Cake Pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before taking out of Bundt pan.
Dust with Confections Sugar
