National Macaroon Day
- 1 1/3 C Sweetened Coconut
- 1/3 C Sugar
- 2 Tablespoon AP flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 Large Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 325°. In a small bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
