Coconut macaroons recipe

 

National Macaroon Day






  • 1 1/3 C Sweetened Coconut
  • 1/3 C Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon AP flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 Large Egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. In a small bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla; mix well. 
  2. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheets. Bake  until golden brown. Cool ,
