Thanksgiving recipes :
This makes a great side dish for your dinner.
- 1 butternut squash peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2 in cubes
- 3 medium apples peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 in cubes
- 2 Cups of cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 4 tbsp salted butter melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Add the squash and apples in a single layer. Drizzle the butter over the top and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring once or twice throughout. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, and fresh herbs.
The perfect fall side dish or add sausage or chicken thights for a one pan meal. Lisa
