Happy Birthday Wreath

 Today at Home 

I am celebrating a neighbor birthday with this cute balloon wreath for the front door.  

Supplies In your favorite colors ! 

Wire wreath form (18 in) 

Birthday balloons

Curly ribbon

tissue paper, or other types of ribbon

scissors 

Start by blowing up the balloons to the size you want and tie them off, leaving as much of the stretchy end as possible.

Make a loop with curly ribbon at the top to hang the wreath up.

Cut long strips of ribbon and curl with scissors.

Take some tissue paper and cut it into squares.  I cut 6 squares per each tissue paper sheet.And fill the wreath with balloons, ribbon and tissue paper as needed. Hang wreath and Welcome everyone in too your birthday party. 🎂
