Today is National Cho cholate Almond Day and I am sharing a recipe I use every holiday to make Bark to give away. . #TastyTuesday
- 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate
- 1/2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Almonds Chopped/crushed
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt If almonds are not salted
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Places almonds in a baggie and crush using a jar or rolling pin. Then mix the crushed almonds into the melted chocolate.
- Spread the chocolate-almond mix onto a piece of parchment paper and place on a flat surface in the freezer.
- After 20-25 minutes, take out the chocolate almond bark. It should be hard and easy to break apart with your hands. Then store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy as desired!
