'The Stars and Stripes Forever'

 and is thus dedicated to the march. The march was first performed on May 14, 1897, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on the occasion of the unveiling of a statue of George Washington. President William McKinley was even in attendance.

My Project : 

• Flag mug 
• red,white and blue flowers
• floral foam 
• red stripe ribbon
• Star picks ( made from Star die cut and wooden skewers) 
• white, red and blue scrapbook paper for stars. 

I am making a cute little table decorations with some items I gathered around the house. This cute Flag mug was perfect to hold florals and these picks i used with stars out of scrapbook paper . And added a fabric ribbon.
