At Home this Monday

Happy Monday everyone it so nice to have you here today.  Iam enjoying a beautiful day here in Louisiana.  Spent the morning cleaning flower beds and getting ready for fall.

Its Fall menu planning :

  • white beans and ham
  • Taco tuesday
  • Hamburger steak and mashed potato 
  • baked chicken, vegetables and rice
  • Shrimp stew with salad and bread 
October is National Cookbook Month!  I will be highlighting some of my favorites this month. 

In Town : 

we are tackling Hunger for October with food drives and our Second Harvest events .


At the Library our new bulletin board as well as some owl crafts. 




At our women club. Next week race for a cure !  Pink Lady tea. Oct 13 breast cancer awareness day.

My prayers...

We are praying for our town leaders, state leaders and nation leaders. As well as remembering those that we lost to Breast cancer, and our survivors in town.

  5. Love the Fall art in your journal. I do have a journal where I just put colors, pictures, recipes for Fall... it's like a Pinterest board in a journal. Fall is the only season I feel the need to do it. Have a great week
