Way 1...
You can do your typical Decopodge on a clean candle .Using Decopodge medium.
Way 2...
After separating napkin layers and cutting design to size. Place heat tool against candle and let wax heat up.Place the design on candle and cover with parchment paper. Use a blow dryer ot heat tool to soften wax more. . This will adhere the design to candle and let Cool. You may need to go back with heat tool if you need too. Lisa
