White Chocolate and Raspberry Latte
- 3/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp white chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons seedless raspberry jam
Optional Toppings
- whipped cream
- white chocolate chips
- Brew coffee and add 4-6 ounces to a blender.Add 8-10 ounces of warm milk to the blender.
- Add 2 teaspoons raspberry jam, and 1-2 tablespoons of white chocolate syrup.
- Vent the blender hood. Do not close blender tightly or the hot liquid will make it explode
- Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Stir, add whipped cream and white chocolate. Serve with strawberry muffins and enjoy!
