White Chocolate Latte with raspberry

 

White Chocolate and Raspberry  Latte








  • 3/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup  milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 3 tbsp white chocolate syrup 
  • 2 teaspoons seedless raspberry jam


Optional Toppings

  • whipped cream
  • white chocolate chips 

  • Brew coffee and add 4-6 ounces to a blender.Add 8-10 ounces of warm milk to the blender.
  • Add  2 teaspoons raspberry jam, and 1-2 tablespoons of white chocolate syrup.
  • Vent the blender hood. Do not close blender tightly or the hot liquid will make it explode
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • Stir, add  whipped cream and  white chocolate. Serve with  strawberry muffins and enjoy!
