- 1 lb white crab meat
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese /grated
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 rib celery chopped/fine
- 1 C onion chopped/fine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp each : red and black pepper
Saute onions and celery in butter. Blend in flour-add milk and stir. Add egg yolk,and pepper cook 5 minutes. Blend in crab meat -stir. Place in lightly greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 for 10 -15 minutes.
