8 to 10 billed eggs
1/3 c mayonnaise ( Blue plate)
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 c sweet relish
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
Biol eggs. Let eggs cool. Peel and . Chop. Mix ix with the other ingredients. Adjust to taste. Serve with crackers, lettuce leaf or in a sandwich.
You can add hot sauce or Creole seasoning to taste.
