Welcome to my Home where U am working on  a scrapbook page dedicated to my Grandmother. 

This  scrapbook page featuring a recipe of my Grandmother. This Vintage themed scrapbook page kit is the perfect kit to use,  It's Echo Park Homemade with Love. 

I am including a copy of a handwritten recipes and pictures of my Grandmother and parents in the kitchen. Now all I have too do to finish is glue if down. 

 I am so lucky to come from a family of great cooks. And many of my family memories are tied too food.

 Is the first candle light on my Advent wreath this holiday . 

What does the hope candle mean?

The candles on the Advent wreath symbolize hope, love, joy and peace. ... Some denominations consider the fourth candle to mean purity, and most use a fifth candle, called the Christ candle, that is lit on Christmas to remind Christians of the light Jesus brings to the world

Fire Prevention month

 

 Celebrating Fire Prevention  month with our local  fire department.  

We are so lucky in our small town to have a wonderful hard working volunteer fire department.  That is dedicated to help the citizens in our town. Not only do they handle fire call outs but you can find them at all natural disasters helping out. 

This week we celebrate with our fire chief favorite family recipes,  some simple crafts for the kids and inspired reads.
