Cherry Cobbler with Cake Mix






  • 2 (21-ounce) cans cherry pie filling

  • 1 box white cake mix

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature

  • Ice cream, 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×9-inch glass baking dish with butter or baking spray.
  • Pour cherry pie filling into the dish and spread evenly.
  • Place the white cake mix in a large bowl. Gradually pour the melted and cooled butter and whisk until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle half of the cake crumble over the pie filling. Stir gently until slightly combined. Sprinkle the remaining cake crumble over the filling and pat it down with a 
  • rubber spatula.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve with optional ice cream. Enjoy!
