Good Morning from South Louisiana. And hope you have a blessed Monday and great week. As many of us are battling Heat take care and hydrate.

Its Summer time in South Louisiana !! 

Out my front door : these popped up from last year seeds. 

This Morning : 

Breakfast plate : Coffee and blueberry muffin

On my Chore list : my usual ! Kind of boring. 

I am writing this post as I have dish and clothes washing. Next up emils and then Supper in the crockpot.  Then some crafting. 

Menu for the week :

• pulled pork subs
• jambalaya in crockpot 
• Chicken Tacos  *grill
• baked fish and rice (grill) 

Its to Hot to Cook much - so I am using my crockpot and grill to keep house Cool. Lots of leftover. 

This weeks spotlight recipe :Blueberry with yogurt muffins 

My Community update : 

Saturday Monthly market.  Come have food and fun! Held once a month on Main Street.  

Community Library : 

We are open ! Stay Cool and beat  the Heat with books ,crafts and movies. We have a book scavenger hunt on for this week as well movie and craft day, 

Church time : Devotional 

Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.
