Contact paper
Tissue paper : muti color pieces
Construction paper : black ,brown
Scissors
Cut 2 pieces of contact paper in same size.
Cut frame in black and cross in brown. If needed Cut tissues in small pieces.
On sticky side place cross in middle. Place colored tissues around the cross. Add Frame. Then put the other contact paper sticky side down Cut out. And hang in window.
