Happy Birthday Wind sock

Today Diy is a Happy Birthday wind sick 

I started with an empty Pringle can. And Decopodge a Birthday napkin on to the can after painting it with white acrylic paint. Let dry. 

Then with the plastic cap on I cut a slit. And threaded stripes of matching crepe paper. And added a hanger.
