Diy Windsocks

It's Free Friday where I make thing with items on hand
With just a few things you can make these fun windsocks to hang outside.  
I use Pringle can for the top. Covered in napkins or scrapbook paper. And streamers cut crepe paper, ribbons or fabric strips.
