Diy Autumn bottle

It's Free Friday 
My autumn bottle diy ! 
I am re using a green wine bottle wrapped in burlap then tied with a leather string. I add leaves,flowers and foliage.  Too make this special bottle.  All sourced from my craft room and garden.
