At Home this Monday
It's Monday and raining in Louisiana. After a week of Snow we are now dealing with a week of rain. Typical Louisiana January weather.
We are all dealing with colds after this up and down weather but we are getting better. And enjoying some down time. Before the family celebrate Chinese New Year on the 29th. I always do a big family and friends party with lots food and fun to celebrate. Its the Year of the snake....

- Lunch : turkey and cheese sandwich
- Today Supper : Spaghetti

- Shrimp stew

In Chinese symbology, those born in the Year of the Snake are said to be recognised for their keen insight and extraordinary intelligence.
The snake is also considered the most tenacious of the 12 zodiac animals, with also believed to be enigmatic.
It is said that those people born in the spring and summer of a snake year are considered the most powerful and positive, while those born in winter are seen as submissive.
