Hello its another Monday in Louisiana. The temperature was 37 when everyone left for work but it will warm up later. Last week we had 70 &80 degrees before a large storm came through. A wet weekend, so not much going on

What I am feeling: I am okay. Trying to plan out my week .
Today is Senior food boxs handouts . Getting my recipe ready for town newsletter.
Breakfast is biscuit and coffee.
Lunch is leftovers, vegetables soup.
Menu time:
I need to check pantry and freeze before coming up with menu
Today's: white beans ,rice and ham
Tuesday: chili max with cheese and salad
Wednesday: chicken noodle soup,bread sticks
Thursday: pork chops and gravy,rice , vegetables
Friday: Shrimp stew ,salad

At library school time, book club and health check up. Stay warm and spend afternoon at the library.
MWGC: visiting nurse home and bake sale
Church: service, fellowship and visit shut ins.

ah Mardi Gras, makes me think of New Orleans. we visited once (but not during festival!) in summer, what a great place. Loved it! Have a great week

DeleteKing Cake coffee - I bet my daughter would love that! She loves different flavored coffees (I'm a tea drinker). I went to Mardi Gras twice as a teenager with my school band. 300 teenagers marching in the parades - some of my best memories! Have a great week.
