Good weekend for parades but Mardi Gras day looks warm and wet.
In Louisiana it's all about the Food:
Breakfast: Waffles and coffee
Lunch : turkey club
White beans and sausage
Spaghetti Meatballs
Pork casserole and potatoes
Baked chicken and vegetables
Shrimp Creole.
What's going on this week:
At Home : weekly chores and clean up. Yard work..

I think going to Mardi Gras would be so fun. I have an Aunt & Uncle that live in New Orleans that I have visited...but never during Mardi Gras. Love that Iris photo- just stunning!

That iris picture is beautiful. We have yellow iris in our garden during the summer - not sure what type of iris though. I enjoyed my visit today :)
