Its Friday and thanks for joining me today. Hope you had a great week...

1.  As normal the weather. Lots of rain that we needed , that cooled off the Heat.
2. I tried a new pizza bread recipe for dinner. I also made bread sticks.
3. The Woman Club of Melville had an anniversary luncheon. We meet in an old church in town we redone  as a club house.
4. Some friends took us to an afternoon  trip too a new brewery in Sunset that was having an outdoor market. Great vendors and food.
5. Lunar eclipse last night. A beautiful sight to see in the night 🌉 sky.

I was sad to here about Dolly Parton,she was always a family favorite.

It's always so hard to pick just five things. But here's mine for the week...I hope you have a great weekend and come back to visit....

April rain and May Flowers: we have had 3days of rain . So I am happy for sunshine and flower.

My friend Ann birthday is today 🎉 We are  invited to her birthday dinner party Saturday. 

My sourdough bread is a hit. A friend helped with the starter (yeast) mix. And some help in the kitchen.

Today we are volunteering at the food bank and mobile market. A great way to feed my neighbors in need. 

Road trip  to visit Sunset herb festival. One of my favorite places to buy things for my garden. Tonight a master garden class and tomorrow herb shopping.

Happy Friday! From South Louisiana. We had an awesome week and I am thankful for many things. On my list....

1.  Great Spring weather in South Louisiana. Today it's 84 and Sunny but chance of rain this weekend.
2. Everything is in bloom . but allergies are going crazy. But it's so beautiful! 
3. We where blessed by my next door neighbor help prunning some trees in our yard. He was working on his and offered to do ours. 
4. Health : as we get older. I am always giving Thanks o our health. 
5. My Volunteers at the library. We had a great planning session  yesterday, about the Summer Library program. Looking forward to a great Summer with the kids. Please check out your local library for more information.

Cherry Blossom

My cherry blossom stamped card is using a stamp i had in my collection (about 3 years). Stamped in black and colored with pastels. And I am using fun paper to make the cards.
