September begins with the big Labor Day holiday early in the month. As September arrives, summer vacations are in the rearview mirror. We look forward to indoor activities and fall events. If you prepare the monthly calendar for your work, school, or organization, your challenge is to determine what holidays to feature each day. There are hundreds to choose from. Happy August  1st ! 

August is National Back to School month, which is apt, since many children will head back to school at the end of the month. But it is also a time to catch up on some last out door activities. It is National Family Fun Month, National Golf Month and National Motorsports Awareness Month
