White Chocolate Cheesecake with Hazelnut crust 




My recipe: 


1/4C crushed Hazelnut

12 graham crackers crushed

1/4 C sugar

6 Tbl melted butter

32 oz of cream cheese softened

1 1/4 C sugar

4 eggs

3 oz melted white chocolate

3 Tbsp Hazelnut liqueur

Wrap outside of greased 9 in spring form pan with foil.

Make crust by chopping Hazelnut, graham cracker and sugar. Add butter . Process and press in pan and up the side of pan.(11/4 in). Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and let cool.

Beat cream cheese till fluffy add sugar and eggs then chocolate and liqueur. Pour into spring form pan.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool complety and Chill for 24 hours.
