Cut out hearts in felt. Measure Elastic around a book for size and add an inch. Fold in half and glue on bottom heart. Glue  or fuse next heart on top and sew around the heart.catch Elastic  inside.  Layer the next heart and  decorate with stitching. 

cut 2 fabric straps 2.5 by 7.5. Layer with light bonding and ribbon between fabric as pictured. Cut around the Bookmarks with picking shears. And Sew around the edge with straight or zigzag stitch.
