Made from a few simple things

things needed 

Canning ring

Color page / colored

Oil ,cotton ball

Ribbon and glue 

I aleady had this rose colored . But grab your favorite designs and color. Then use the jar ring to measure and cut out to fit inside. Then dip cotton ball with oil and wipe over colored design After drying glue inside ring. Wrap Ribbon around ring and leave enough for hanging.  

The oil makes the design translucent.
