We are getting ready for our Halloween party at the Library next week . We are making treat bags to fill with candy and small gifts . 

Made with paint,crayons and left over stickers to make these cute treat bags. Out of lunch size paper bags. I great way to use up leftover scrapbook supplies. 

We are celebrating Halloween Recycling  on my blog   starting today with our favorite Black Cat :; with  Fun and simple crafts, Candy recipes and easy costumes.
