But this version is made in the crockpot. So you can fix it and have time to do some crafting. 

What is a 7 steak?

The 7-bone roast or 7-bone steak is from the chuck section of the steer or heifer and it includes a cross cut of the shoulder blade. The bone is shaped like a "7", which gives the steak its name. • 2 lbs  seven steaks 
• 1 oz pkg onion soup mix
• 1/4 cup water
• 10 3/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions : 

• Cut steak into serving size pieces 
•  Dust with flour and seasoning  and brown meat  in a skillet in a small amount of oil. 
• place in slow cooker
• Add soup mix, water and soup to slow cooker
• Mix well
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
